Life has been full of little days. Nothing spectacular shakes up our routine, and thanks to the weather and the flu we’ve spent most of our time indoors. But we have had mini celebrations as Evelyn keeps learning new tricks.
During meals, she points at what she wants and emphatically waves her arms and says “na” to what she doesn’t want. She practices using a spoon to eat and she takes sips from a cup.
She likes to hold things up to her ear and say “hiyo.” Everything is a phone these days.
When she gets dressed, she knows which arm goes first and switches her toy from one hand to the other.
She is learning ear, mouth, nose, eye …. and how to unroll all the toilet paper.
She loves her ducky stuffed animal. We had to wash it after she was sick, and she raced toward it when it was in the clean laundry.
