Next week, The Influence Conference kicks off. It’s a weekend for women to be refreshed, encouraged, and resourced to use their influence for good and for the gospel. It’s something I’ve been working for all year, as part of the Influence Network core team. I’m passionate about helping women move beyond getting lost down the rabbit trails of the internet and feeling like they’re wasting time, and start making real connections and being resourced to make their time online mean something.
Because the Influence Network is all about community with like-minded women, all the conference attendees are invited to post (on their blog or on instagram) 3 meet + greet tidbits and then start connecting with the other 300 women they’ll soon meet in Indianapolis.
(If you’re not coming to the conference, I’d encourage you to check the #influenceconf hashtag for women who are fresh, inspiring, and lovely, and keep up with how the conference plays out next week. That’s what I did during the first conference, and now some of those people have become dear friends!)
1 Little Introduction:
I’m Lindsey Kubly. I’ve been married for 7 years to Zach, and we have two sweet babies – Evelyn and Thomas. I direct content for the Influence Network from our bungalow in Indianapolis . I’m an avid reader, love style, gardening, and organizing.
1 Part of the Conference I’m Anticipating:
Last year, the conference ended with a big, beautiful worship session in a room packed with women who love Jesus. This year, we’ve added a few mini sessions throughout the conference, and I can’t wait to worship together. It makes me eager for heaven.
1 Thing I Wouldn’t Leave Home Without:
I’d love to meet you, so leave a comment below. Check back tomorrow for a few of my favorite Indianapolis tips! And the Influence Magazine will be launching soon, including a restaurant guide I co-wrote with Katie Elliott, so you won’t have to wonder about dinner reservations! xo.
