5 cheery things around my house …
After several bouts with stiff necks, we bought memory foam pillows. I wish we had had them ages ago!
A watercolor monster and fairy by my four-year old on her birthday. (Can you see it?) We couldn’t help admiring the pretty hues of the rinsing water as she worked.
Since my last beauty post, the almond oil moisturizing was feeling, well, oily. Switched to this cream, and I’m hooked.
Baby sweaters are seriously THE cutest.
We’ve hit the one month countdown to the end of tax season, our magnolia tree is blooming, and we’ll be celebrating our oldest’s birthday on Sunday with our families and pizza – a kangaroo party. There have been some rough days that seem to drag on….we all came down with a gross cold last week, our car broke down, there was one day when the low, sinking feeling of depression came on strong. But I’m trying to keep my head up and focus on the good. There’s so much good.
p.s. If you’d love a free Mrs. Meyer’s cleaning set, don’t miss this deal on my friend Hayley’s blog. I grabbed a set a basil cleaning products, a soap refill, and rosehip facial spray (which I’m stoked to try) all for $21. It’s supposed to be amazing for correcting dark spots and skin tone. They also have loads of organic skin care products you could try out.
