Lately I’ve started to meet up with friends to work out. It’s been such a positive game-changer. Sometimes we grab coffee and talk afterwards. Our kids can play together in child care while we do a class. Plus, I’m taking classes that I normally wouldn’t pick if I was alone. I’m a pilates-yoga girl, but lately have been trying plyometrics and strength/endurance classes. All great things! I love how I feel after exercising, and by the end of class I have this healthy, rosy (sweaty) glow.
But… at the start of a 9am class with pale winter skin, I look a little sickly staring at myself in the mirror while I warm up.
And I’m dying to know what you think about this: Would you/do you go commando to the gym? I never have (and am sort of blushing at the thought), but I’m thinking it might be genius and apparently it’s a thing! Is this why there are “blackout technology” pants?
